In our RE lessons on the Church, we have been learning what the Priest does in our Parish.  Father Marchellino came to visit Room 9 and they had lots of questions to ask him:  “What do you do in the parish? What are your interests?  Who is in your family?  Where do you come from?  What takes up most of your time?  Why do we call you ‘Father?’  What is special about being a priest?”

And some typical Year One questions:   “How old are you?  What is your favourite colour?  How tall are you?”

Father Marchellino did a great job answering and helping the children gain a better understanding of his important role in our Parish.
